About the Role

In this role, you will be involved in the implementation of our clients "Warehouse Management System". This WMS is applied for Inventory Control, Parcel storage, and Outbound Order Management.
You will support end-to-end project management for WMS implementations, enhancements, or migrations, coordinate and manage testing, training, and change management activities. Provide support for critical warehouse operations, when required and provide on-call support.
We will need your skills to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical configurations within the WMS, Conduct gap analysis between existing WMS capabilities and business needs and recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
Another task can be to configure and customize workflows, user roles, location setups, and inventory rules to align with operational processes, perform root cause analysis on system issues, coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams as needed for resolution.
At times you will be tasked with monitoring WMS performance and run regular system health checks to ensure uptime and stability.
As a BITE software developer, individuals will bring basic knowledge and will learn the detail architecture of the WMS product applying it to assigned customer applications. Developers will work/participate with senior level engineers to configure the WMS product provide project required development to meet the customer requirements.
As the assigned project engineer, this individual will play a large role in the successful WMS site installation, training, and acceptance by the customer.
Requirements
Possible international travel required
Travel up to 20% annually
Interaction with customer from project definition through project implementation
Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated
BS-Computer Science or equivalent
Fluency in English is mandatory
Application/CV in English language is mandatory
Participate on the 24/7 support of customers
